1. The Congregation 2019 will be held on 2nd, 2019 (Sunday ) at the Cultural Centre, City University of Macau. The schedule is as follows:
For undergraduate students:
In the morning of 2nd June (Sunday): FITM and FHSS graduating students, admission time: 9:30am.

2. Applicants should complete and submit the registration form in person to faculty counter or email to faculty email (fit@cityu.mo) on or before 18th April 2019. Any late submission will not be accepted.

3. Applicants who have fulfilled the following requirements before the deadline of application will be approved to attend the Congregation:

Undergraduates: applicants who have successfully completed all compulsory courses as required by the programme enrolled, or applicants who have already

re-taken the failed courses in this academic year.

4. For students attending the Congregation, please note that the graduation certificate will only be awarded upon the approval of the University Academic

Committee.

5. All students attending the Congregation should wear the gowns based on the requirements from University. Students who do not dress in graduation regalia,

or whose regalia does not fit the standards, or not in proper attire will not be allowed to attend the Congregation.

6. There is no admission ticket for relatives and friends at the graduation ceremony. The Cultural Center will not be open to friends and relatives, but there are live

broadcast areas for friends and relatives. live broadcast areas include: exhibition hall, student's tribe, T platform, HG01, HG02, HG03, T111, T109, T106 and L105
