Welcome to the Faculty of International Tourism and Management(FITM)!

FITM was established in 2011 in response to local society's demand for the training of tourism

professionals which contribute to the sustainable development of the community. In the past decade, this youthful and energetic faculty has gradually developed in scale, with more than 2,600 students and

dozens of administrative and academic members.

The faculty upholds the university's motto and focuses on the cultivation of talents with the vision of

internationalization and pursuit of quality. The undergraduate, master, and doctoral tourism programs

have all been UNWTO-TedQual certified. In 2020, FITM was listed in the top 500 of "ShanghaiRankings-

Global Ranking of Academic Subjects". Among the top 20% of world universities, FITM ranks 54th in the

tourism and leisure management category, testifying its efforts and standards of excellence in student

education, academic output and community contribution.

The faculty focuses on resource integration in industry and academia with the active promotion of

international cooperations. The global academic and research team provides strong intellectual support

for tourism development of Macau, and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area. Through

well-established academic circles and industry affiliations both at home and abroad, the faculty offers

opportunities for students to participate in action learning, cross-cultural communication and social

practice.
