The 7th Shenzhen International Tourism Expo, sponsored by the Shenzhen Tourism Association, was held at the Shenzhen Convention and

Exhibition Center from 20 to 22 November. The theme of this exhibition is' Quality Tourism, New Year's Grand Gala.' Based on the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, supplemented by forums and conferences, this event has influence in China and internationally. Two

representatives of our faculty's administrative colleagues were invited to take part in the expo.

In response to Macau's strategic goal of building a world tourism and leisure center, the Faculty of International Tourism and Management

(FITM) of City University of Macau has nurtured talents for the development of tourism in Macau and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao

Greater Bay Area. The guests who visited the booth expressed their appreciation of the faculty's talent cultivation philosophy, such as "one

major, with multiple professional qualities" "combination of international vision and localized practice" and so on. At the same time visitors

expressed their keen interest in the Bachelor, Master and PhD programs that have been certified by the UNWTO. During the exhibition, a

number of industry representatives actively contacted the faculty and expressed their intention to cooperate.
