Recently, the student representatives of FITM participated in the Hengqin study and exchange activities of Macao college students. The event, sponsored by the Social Affairs Bureau of Hengqin New Area and "the alliance for promoting Macao to build a tourism education and training base in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao", and undertaken by Zhuhai Da-Hengqin Pan-Tourism Development Co., Ltd., aims to promote

the effective connection between the resources of industry, education, research, and training in the Hengqin and Macao, attracting more than 60 students from five universities in Macao.

The students visited and experienced Hengqin Planning and Construction Exhibition Hall, Hengqin Innovation Square, Macao Neighborhood Association Guangdong Office Hengqin Integrated Service Center, and Sumlodol camping town. Through on-the-spot experience and

interactive participation, students gained an in-depth understanding of Hengqin New Area planning and tourism industry development

achievements. In addition, the staff introduced a series of talent attraction policies, such as "Hengqin New Area Special Talent Award

Measures", " Interim Measures on Housing and Living Subsidies for Imported Talents in Hengqin New Area". The students at the meeting

asked questions one after another, and the interactive atmosphere was warm. Through policy publicity and interactive communication,

students achieved a better understanding of talent policy of Hengqin.
