In order to provide a variety of internship opportunities, FITM closely linking up with many of Macau's largest hospitality companies and

seeking new cooperation opportunities. Recently, Assistant Professor Ms. Wang Xin, and Internship Program Coordinator Ms. Liona Ieong,

visited Ms. Vivian Lei, Senior Human Resources Manager of Human Resources of Lisboeta Macau, and Mr. Kenneth Lo, Manager of Human

Resources, to exchange views on education cooperation and hotel talent training. 

First of all, the human resources department of Lisboeta Macau introduced the background and future development of the property, and

expressed agreement with the educational philosophy of FITM. At the same time, FITM has deepened its understanding of the current

development and employment needs of Macao's hotel industry. Both parties exchanged views on further cooperation, providing internship

opportunities for our students in the future, hold field trips, career lectures and other industry- university cooperation.

FITM gives high importance to students' practical learning opportunities and internships. Each academic year, regular meetings and activities provide students with practical learning opportunities, and front line internship of the hotel, which strengthen the communication and

connection between the industry and students. In the future, FITM will further cooperate with well-known local hotels, strive to become a

demonstrator of hotel management education in the Greater Bay Area, and create superior conditions for cultivating talents in the hotel

industry.
