Graduate Students of the Faculty of International Tourism and Management Visit Morpheus for Study

On the afternoon of September 30, Dr. Gavin Chau, Executive Associate Dean of FITM, led graduate students to visit Morpheus for study. The

team was led by members of the internship and international exchange team Ieong Yee Man and Ho U Hin.

Morpheus is a five-star hotel located in the third phase of the City of Dreams in Cotai, Macao, which was opened in June 2018. Designed by

the late world-renowned London architect Zaha Hadid, the hotel is filled with fashion elements and has won many design awards. During the visit, Ms. Leong Sam Loi, Administrator for Employee Concierge & Events from Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited (Melco), introduced

the guest rooms, restaurants, sales units, entertainment facilities and art works of the hotel to the students. Afterwards, students were led to

the heartland - staff office, lounge and canteen of Melco. They learned the daily work of Melco employees, as well as the organizational

structure, management strategy, customer source and price positioning of Melco. They were very satisfied with the visit, and were impressed by the hotel's design as well as its intelligent and innovative services.
