On March 7, 2022, Ms. Ka Lei Leong, Administrative Manager of The Londoner Court Macau, was invited to give a special lecture on tourism

enterprise management entitled Hotel Corporate Loyalty Management for FITM students. The lecture was presided over by Assistant

Professor Xin Wang, Bachelor Programme Coordinator, and the guest speakers and FITM students jointly completed an exchange feast.

With more than 10 years of experience in local hotel service and management in Macau, Ms. Leong told us about her career journey and the

gains and experiences involved, drawing a series of perspectives on the changes after corporate training and internship, and sharing

interesting cases encountered in her working life.

In addition, Assistant Professor Xin Wang said that hotel management students need to set dynamic training goals, constantly think and

adjust according to actual conditions under the fluctuating situation of the epidemic, and insist on continuous learning.

FITM adheres to the combination of academia and industry, and through the novel form of hotel executives entering the classroom, it always pays attention to conveying the latest developments and wisdom of the hotel industry in Macao and the surrounding areas to students.
