On February 23, 2022, Dr. Li Xi, Executive Associate Dean of the Faculty of International Tourism and Management (FITM), and Cindy Wang,

Bachelor Program Coordinator, held an online meeting with Ms. Wang Yiwen, Director of Talent and Culture, Greater China, Accor Group, to

discuss internship cooperation and other exchange programs. During the meeting, Dean Li and Program Coordinator Cindy introduced the

development of the faculty and the internship program for fourth-year students. Meanwhile, Director Wang shared the background of

Accor Group and a number of talent development plans tailored for students and fresh graduates.

FITM has always been committed to promoting industry-university cooperation. The two parties have reached a cooperation intention on

talent training, the Faculty plans to participate in the professional and customized learning projects of Accor Group's internship program,

management trainee program and student challenge competition.

Founded in 1967, Accor Group is a large French organization with 55 luxury, high-end, and budget hotel brands, including Raffles, Sofitel,

Pullman, and Novotel. There are more than 5,000 hotels in 110 countries around the world. FITM hopes that through this cooperation,

students can learn about international hotel management knowledge and professional services, broaden and enrich their learning experience.
