On April 29, 2017, the City University of Macau (City U) Open Day was held at the Taipa Campus. Faculty of International Tourism and Management (FITM) participated in this important event. FITM set up a booth and offered course introduction, special class experience, international exchanges sharing sessions, etc. To show hospitality, marshmallow, popcorn, tea set, snacks and exquisite gift exchange were prepared for visiting guests and students.

Activities of FITM for CityU Open day can be categorized into three parts: “SPA:3-steps Beautifying Hand Treatment”, “Disney Fantasy” and “Industry Professional Exhibition ”. Accompanied by our Executive Associate Dean Dr. Gavin Chau, Professor Shu Guang Zhang, our esteemed Rector, visited the Disney Internship Program Sharing Session. He warmly greeted the students of the previous batch of this program and had a conversation with the students regarding their internship experience. Through a set of joyful activities that is well designed, such as the experience class, hand massage, DIY and other activities, our staff aim to show the students and visitors the characteristics of our courses, the diversity of teaching environment, our educational philosophy as well as the various exchange programs available at FITM. Indeed our students are multi-talented. They had a great performance. This year’s Open Day was again a success.
