As the first enterprise to start the internship recruitment this year, Crowne Plaza Macau kicked off the Career Talk for the senior students of the Faculty of

International Tourism and Management, City University of Macau. On September 27^th, the first career talk was held successfully by FITM at HG02 in Ho Yin

Convention Centre.

Crowne Plaza Macau is one of the FITM cooperative partners. During the talk, Mr. Fred Wu, Director of Human Resources of Crowne Plaza Macau, introduced the

company culture as well as the developmental history of IHG. After that, Mr. Fred Wu shared the idea of IHG with the students by several videos: by cooperating

with the educational institutions, IHG cultivates professionals in order to raise standards of service and improve employability for the hospitality industry. This

career talk was welcomed by the attended students. They showed a great interest in this talk and were eager to ask questions during the Q&A session.

Mr. Fred Wu, Ms. Connie Chen (Director of Rooms) and Ms. Chew Kee Wei (Café Azure Restaurant Manager) interviewed students who submitted the job

application forms after the talk. Ms. Emico Zhang, Domestic & International Affairs Officer of FITM attended this event.
