2020/2021 Orientation meeting for FITM first-year undergraduate students was held successfully


On October 16, Faculty of International Tourism and Management (FITM) held a seminar for new undergraduates at the Cultural Centre. This

seminar was to welcome the 2020/2021 undergraduate freshmen, introduce and explain the overview and courses of FITM, and communicate on questions and feedback since the first week of school.

 

Associate Professor Li Xi, Executive Associate Dean of FITM, delivered a welcome speech and introduced the faculty in detail. After that,

Assistant Professor Wang Xin, Bachelor Programme Coordinator introduced the course contents and matters to be noted in class, and

explained the international exchange programs and activities of the Faculty. This was followed by an introduction to other routine matters of

the Faculty and instructions for using the TronClass teaching system by Weng Mak, Faculty Officer. After the following interactive session of

students' questions, it was a successful conclusion of the freshman orientation meeting.
