The final of the Qin-Macau "Multi-destination" Study Tour Project Creative Planning Invitational Competition, co-organised by the Greater
Hengqin Pan-Tourism Development Company Limited, the industry, and the Faculty of International Tourism and Management (FITM) of the
City University of Macao (CityU), was held on September 27 in the afternoon at the Hotel Panglong's conference hall. Eight teams
demonstrated exceptional performance and were selected as finalists. Following approximately six months of preparation, the finalist teams
have gathered valuable first-hand information through site visits and research in Qin and Macao, which has resulted in an excellent outcome
for the final competition.
At the beginning of the competition, Mr. Jun Liu, rector of CityU, delivered a video message encouraging and supporting the contestants, as
well as thanking the organizers and supporting units. In the video, Prof. Liu further emphasized the importance of university-enterprise
cooperation and expressed optimism for the future growth of cultural tourism, convention and exhibition, business and trade industries in Qin and Macao. He ended the video by wishing the contestants achieving a good result in the "One Trip, Many Stops" Study Tour Project Creative Planning Invitational Competition.

The judging panel for the competition was composed of industry experts, leaders, and teachers from FITM. They included Ms. Juanping
Wang, director of the Industry Development Department of Zhuhai Hengqin Pan-Tourism Development Company Limited; Ms. Yongmei Huo, director of operations of the Corporate Training Center of Zhuhai Hengqin Pan-Tourism Development Company Limited; Mr. Gofeng Liu,
general manager of Lai Sun Hengqin Innofang Park; Ms. Lei Yang, director assistant of the Hengqin Branch of China Rosewood Museum;
Prof. Juan Tang, associate professor of the Faculty of Hotel and Tourism Management of Macau University of Science and Technology, and
Prof. Li Xi, executive vice dean of the Faculty of International Tourism and Management of CityU. At the same time, Mr. Li Ma, assistant vice
president of Lai Sun Hengqin Innovation; Prof. Gao Bo, program coordinator of the Faculty of International Tourism and Management of CityU; and Prof. Ting Meng, assistant professor of the Faculty of International Tourism and Management of CityU, were invited as special guests to
give guidance in the competition.

In the final competition, the students approached the project with the perspective of future practitioners and deeply explored and examined
the existing resources of Macao and Hengqin in the fields of culture, tourism and economy in various aspects. They combined the cognitive,
experiential, emotional, competitive, and participatory aspects to create a high-quality study and learning travel project with distinctive
features, innovative experiences, and intelligent technology. This will help to promote the development of study and learning travel in Macao and Hengqin as well as serve as a catalyst for the development of the cultural, tourism and commercial and trade industries in the Shenhe
area.

During the competition, the participants were highly praised for their preparation and unique perspectives in the evaluation session. The
judging panel also highly praised the students' presentation skills and their ability to cope with emergencies and provided guidance to the
students.
The Greater Hengqin Fan-Tourism Development Company Limited and several co-organizers contributed to the competition's success, which
is one of the hallmark successes of the industry-academy collaboration between the Faculty of International Tourism and Management (FITM) of CityU. In the future, FITM will make more attempts and contributions to promote the development of tourism industry in the Greater Bay
Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. Additionally, it will assist more students in exploring their potential through the tournament
platform.

includes our downturns, struggles, self-doubts and every joyful moment. From the preliminary to the final rounds, the knowledge and
experience we have gained over the past five months have been the nourishment that has allowed us to grow and understand the bigger
world. In the future, we will go through thick and thin, strive for progress while knowing the shortcomings, and walk forward while looking at
the distant mountains! Thank you all again!

In this competition, we have deeply understood the nature, geography, history, culture, and entertainment resources of Qin and Macao
through fieldwork, combined with our major in cultural industry management, and took the temperature of the humanities as an entry point
to carefully polish a study plan to practice environmental protection, get close to nature, enjoy technology, and touch the humanities, so that
the participants can listen to the pulsation of the sea and the reverberation of history in the dialogue with nature and the humanities, and
enjoy the impact of technology and the humanities in the study. In the dialogue with nature and the humanities, participants can hear the
pulse of the sea and the echo of history, and in the interaction between science and technology and environmental protection, young people will be inspired to have unlimited imagination for the future and the responsibility of protecting the green planet.
