Teachers and students from the Faculty of International Tourism and Management (FITM) of the City University of Macau (CityU) have
achieved remarkable results in the "The 13th Zhejiang Convention and Exhibition Planning and Creative Competition 2023" held recently. The team of "Tianrenhemed", comprised of Japhet Ngan, Yen Pei, Junying Qin and Zhouyang Yang from the FITM, under the guidance of
Ms. Ting Meng and Mr. Zu Hang Li, won the First Prize for their project "2024 - International Forum on Medical and Health Care in the Greater Bay Area". The 13th Zhejiang Provincial Convention and Exhibition Creative Competition, with the theme of "New Digital Era, New Future of
Convention and Exhibition", aims to accelerate the reform of talent cultivation mode in higher education institutions, promote the progress of industry-education integration, promote the development of the Yangtze River Delta, and cultivate digital convention and exhibition and
international convention and exhibition planning and creative talents, which are urgently needed for the development of our country's
economy and society. This excellent result shows that the FITM of the City University of Macau is committed to cultivating talents in the
MICE field.
Focusing on the development of the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau, the team's award-winning project on "The
Ageing Era: Opportunities and Development of the Bay Area's Technological Chinese Medicine and Nutrition Industry", the team's
award-winning project focused on the new thinking and new direction of global elderly care, analysed the new situation of the industry, and
promoted the integration, cooperation and development of medical care and nutrition in the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong
and Macau, with the Medical International Health Forum as the core, At the same time, it closely followed the development trend of the policy to make full use of the exhibition's characteristics to promote the development of this industry, and was committed to jointly exploring the
future of medical care and nursing in the Greater Bay Area.

Ms. Pei Yen
It is a great honor to participate in this competition and win the first prize. We would like to thank all the organizers of the Zhejiang
Convention and Exhibition Planning and Creative Competition and the college for their great support in providing us with such a valuable
competition opportunity. Special thanks to our teammates for their concerted efforts in revising and perfecting the plan, as well as to Ms. Ting Meng and Mr. ZuHang Li for their careful guidance during the process, which made it possible to present an innovative and complete work.
We will learn from the competition experience and apply what we have learnt to consistently develop ourselves and establish a strong basis
for future competitions.

We are very honored to be able to participate in the "2023 Zhejiang 13th Convention and Exhibition Planning Creative Competition" and win
the first prize. Thank you to our instructors, Thank you to our professors, whose demanding teaching methods and competent advice laid the groundwork for our team's win. This competition allowed us to compete against 2,301 teams from 111 schools and institutions both
domestically and internationally, which was really fulfilling. We will summarize our experience and apply what we have learned to face the
challenges ahead!

I am honored to get the first prize in this Zhejiang Convention and Exhibition Competition. First and foremost, I'd want to thank the school for giving us the opportunity to use our understanding of conventions and exhibitions from our daily lives to the competition. At the same time, we'd like to thank Ms. Ting Meng and Mr. ZuHang Li for their thorough guidance throughout the competition. This time, our theme focused
on medical and healthcare topics in the Greater Bay Area, and we designed a specific design to support industry growth in accordance with
national and regional policies. We learned a lot from this competition and plan to participate in similar challenges in the future.

It is a great honor to participate in the 13th Zhejiang Association for the Advancement of Creativity (ZACAC) 2023 and to win the competition again. I'd want to thank the Faculty of International Tourism and Management (FITM) of CityU and our mentors, Tammy and Joel, as well as
my three teammates for focusing their attention on the development of the healthcare industry in the Greater Bay Area. In the future, there
will be greater room for the MICE business to grow, and I believe we have endless potential!
