A paper namely “Tourist food consumption: Interactive effect of novelty seeking and personality traits” that is co-authored by Prof. IpKin Anthony Wong has
received two awards (1. Best Research Award for Innovation and the Food & Beverage Consumer Theme and 2. Best Overall Paper Award) from the Council for
Hospitality Management Education Annual Conference 2016, which was held at Belfest, UK. The article explores Chinese tourists’exotic food consumption in
Macau based on tourists’food-related personality traits and travel motives. It signifies the research of FITM has reached international level once again.
