Recently, the Director of Youth Committee of Macau Convention and Exhibition Association (MCEA), Mr. Andre Hong, and Vice Director
Mr. Kelvin Tse visited the Faculty of International Tourism and Management (FITM) at the City University of Macau. Both parties had in-depth
discussions on topics such as exhibition industry trends, student employment, academic exchange, and future cooperation.

The Director of the Faculty, Associate Professor Cindy Wang, Assistant Professor Tammy Meng, and student representatives warmly welcomed the visiting guests. They engaged in enthusiastic discussions on how to better organize knowledge expansion activities, provide industry
practical skills, and support student employment. Professor Wang expressed the faculty's commitment to nurturing outstanding talents and
emphasized the multi-level and multi-field student career development support program, aimed at helping students gain practical
opportunities in relevant companies and industries and fully demonstrate their potential. Mr. Hong highly appreciated this commitment and
expressed the intention to further strengthen cooperation with the university, providing students with more practical opportunities and
employment resources.
Furthermore, both parties shared their academic and industry resources and explored ways to provide students with broader learning
platforms, promote knowledge dissemination and innovation through collaborative projects and special topic lectures.

entertainment center.
Faculty of International Tourism and Management (FITM) has always attached great importance to teaching quality and comprehensive
student development, focusing on cultivating students' practical abilities and innovative spirit and encouraging their participation in various
competition activities. Under this educational philosophy, FITM has achieved excellent results in competitions organized by the association,
showcasing not only the strength of the faculty but also the dedication and relentless pursuit of its faculty and students.
The conversation deepened mutual understanding and interaction, laying a foundation for future university-enterprise communication and
collaboration.
