Student feedback:

Yu Xiaoxiao, a second-year student of the Master of International Hospitality and Tourism Management (English)

The 2024 Writers' Anthology launch was, for me, a profoundly meaningful cultural event. Thanks to my mentor's recommendation, I had the

opportunity to learn from many esteemed predecessors present at the event. I was also fortunate that my work, "Study Travel," was included

in the "Macau Writers' Anthology 2024," filling me with joy and gratitude. During the launch, I listened to the insightful explanations by my

seniors regarding Macau's rich and significant blend of Eastern and Western cultures, as well as their emphasis on the complementary

relationship between literary creation and cultural tourism. This deepened my understanding of the concept of "cultural tourism integration." Reflecting on my studies in tourism, I plan to use writing as a medium to explore the unique charm of Macau's cultural and tourism resources. I aim to closely connect the essence of Macau's culture with tourism experiences, attracting more visitors to discover the mystery and beauty of Macau, and contributing to the dissemination and development of Macau's culture.

I feel extremely honored to have my works successfully included in "The Anthology of Macau Writers" for two consecutive years under the

guidance of my spervisor. This is not only an affirmation of my personal creation but also an encouragement for my exploration in the field of the integration of culture and tourism. Through the dual tempering in academics and writing, I have a more profound understanding of the

power of culture and its importance in tourism research. The college has always been committed to cultivating students' cultural literacy and writing ability. Such emphasis has provided me with a broad platform and opportunities, enabling me to continuously progress and realize my academic aspirations. I also deeply understand that the development of the integration of culture and tourism not only depends on the

in-depth cultivation of theory but also requires multi-dimensional creation and practice. In the future, I will continue to explore and innovate

in the field of culture and tourism, strive to combine the depth of culture with the breadth of tourism, and promote the common development of culture and tourism.
