Organized by Macau Higher Education Bureau and Macau Association of Literary and Artistic Critics, “the 16^th Macau Higher Education

Students Writing Competition” has successfully been completed. Participants come from different universities of Macau, Mainland China,

Hong Kong, Taiwan, Portugal, Australia, United States of America and United Kingdom, etc.

“The Macau Higher Education Students Writing Competition” has successfully organized for 15 years, which aims to enhance students’

literal, written knowledge and at the same time to develop their thinking skills.  Ms. Chen Xinyi, FITM Year 2 student, wins the first prize of

the competition among many numbers of participants, with the Human Interpretation of Geling Yan’s writing of “A City called Macau”.

The award ceremony was held on 11th June, 2020, Ms. Chen Xinyi was presented with prizes and a certificate of merit.
