FITM conducts a field trip to the off-campus internships of senior interns

To learn more about students' internships, Assistant Professor Wang Xin, Bachelor Programme Coordinator, and Ms. Yeung Chi-wen,

Coordinator of the Internship Programme, recently visited two interns at Heinemann Duty Free Shop in Cotai District, Macau. After visiting the working environment of the students, listening to the interns and two working city university graduates introduce their daily work, and

listening to their internship and work experiences, targeted guidance was given. The store manager fully affirmed the internship performance of our students. Assistant Professor Wang Xin encouraged students to actively practice, conscientiously study advanced management

concepts in their respective positions, improve their practical ability, and lay a good foundation for future jobs.

The visit deepened understanding of the needs of interns, deepened school-enterprise cooperation, and promoted understanding of

employment markets and development opportunities. The School of International Tourism and Management has always attached great

importance to the development of students, and has established close cooperation with many well-known local and overseas tourism

companies to provide students with a variety of professional internship opportunities. The faculty's students are spread across different areas of the tourism industry, applying theoretical knowledge to the practice of the workplace, getting more workouts and improvements. The

college strives to expand the construction of the school-enterprise cooperation internship platform and provide students with more

high-quality internship opportunities.
