To help students better understand comprehensive etiquette knowledge and improve their overall quality, FITM invited Associate Professor
Jingqi Wu, a member of the Etiquette Committee of the National Expert Committee on Professional Education, a registered senior etiquette
trainer of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and a senior concierge, an expert in official etiquette of Beiwan University, to
give a lecture at our college. Over 160 persons attended the training at FITM. Professor Wu has decades of practical expertise teaching
etiquette and business etiquette training, Additionally, she has gained extensive experience as an
etiquette judge and lecturer.
During the training, Professor Wu began teaching with a combination of etiquette training sessions, helping students to experience relevant
scenarios in the field. Through theoretical lectures, case studies, and live demonstrations, Professor Wu focused on communication skills,
hospitality etiquette, and self-improvement.
Professor Wu demonstrated the practical knowledge of standing, sitting and handshake etiquette in business etiquette, and explained the
common mistakes and points to note in the process of business reception. The participants paid close attention, interacted actively, and
memorized the information. The entire training procedure was relaxed and entertaining, with high involvement, which improved the students' comprehension and application of etiquette knowledge.
