On November 29th, the Signing Ceremony of Memorandum of Understanding between Faculty of International Tourism Management of City University of Macau and Zhuhai Holiday Resort Hotel was successfully held at the Fifth floor in Choi Kai Yau Building, City University of Macau. 

Ms. Jin Xia, the Admin Director, and Dr. Sean Li, Academic Registrar of CityU, signed the MoU. Ms. Deng Xuechang, Recruiting Supervisor of Zhuhai Holiday Resort Hotel, introduced the developmental history of Zhuhai Holiday Resort Hotel. Dr. Gavin Chau, Executive Associate Dean of FITM, warmly welcomed the delegates

from Zhuhai Holiday Resort Hotel, and remarked that the bilateral cooperation would contribute to new achievement in the future. And he also thanked for the

internship opportunities that provided by Zhuhai Holiday Resort Hotel.

Zhuhai Holiday Resort Hotel is founded on October 1st, 1984. With its rich hospitality experience, the Hotel has become the major hotel for Zhuhai

government’s distinguished guests and gained various honors, such as The Hotel Golden Star Prize, The Top 10 Convention & Exhibition Hotels of China, The

Famous Brand of Guangdong Province, Executive Member of China Tourist Hotel Association, Vice President Corporation of Guangdong Hotel Association,

President Corporation of Zhuhai Tourist Hotel Association and so on.

The signing of Memorandum of Understanding has created a precedent by cooperating with the well-known hotel in Mainland China. It not only provides more

choices for the FITM students from the Mainland, but also offers a cultural exchange platform to the local students between Macau and mainland China.
