Faculty of International Tourism and Management held the Certificate Awarding Ceremony of the American Hotel & Lodging Education Institute


Faculty of International Tourism and Management (FITM) is committed to building core competitiveness for students, encouraging the

gaining of multiple types of certificates, improving the level of professional knowledge, and nurturing high-quality talents. Over the years,

FITM has organized AHLEI international certificate training courses of the American Hotel & Lodging Education Institute and has been well

received by students. In December last year, FITM held three training courses: "Certified Hospitality Department Trainer (CHDT)", "Certified

Gold Service Professional (CGSP)" and "Certified Hospitality Supervisor", a total of 20 students participated and all passed the assessment to

obtain qualification certification.

 

On the afternoon of March 4th, FITM held the AHLEI Certificate Awarding Ceremony. Dr. Li Xi, Executive Associate Dean, Dr. Cindy Wang,

Bachelor Program Coordinator, and Ms. Liona Ieong, AHLEI Program Coordinator attended the awarding of the certificate and congratulated

the students for their achievements.

 

 The American Hotel & Lodging Education Institute was established in 1953 and has been engaged in hotel industry personnel training for 68 years. It develops the highest professional level of training courses in the industry and has 120 authorized institutions in 45 countries around

the world, which indicates its internationality and authority. FITM will continue to hold AHLEI professional courses and encourage students to actively participate, to broaden personal employment prospects.
